Text reminders will let you send automated SMS messages to anyone involved in your event — vendors, coordinators, team members, or the couple themselves. Each reminder will be tied to a specific timeline item and sent at a time you choose.

How it will work

In the editor, you'll open the Contacts section and add people with their name and phone number. These will be the recipients for your text reminders.

You'll then expand any timeline item and assign one or more contacts with a send time — for example, 1 hour before, 30 minutes before, or 1 day before the item's scheduled time. The message will include the item time, task name, and description.

Multiple recipients

You'll be able to assign the same item to multiple contacts. For example, if both the DJ and the lighting technician need to be ready for "7:00 PM Grand Entrance," assign both — each gets their own text at the scheduled time.

Opt-out

Recipients will be able to reply STOP to any reminder text to opt out of future messages.
