Bachelorette Party Weekend Itinerary Template
A bachelorette weekend with 8-12 people and no itinerary is a recipe for the group text from hell. "What are we doing?" "When's dinner?" "Who booked the activity?" A shared timeline solves all of it — and makes the maid of honor's life dramatically easier.

Planning Tips
- Share the itinerary before the trip. Send a link so everyone knows what to pack, when things start, and what's pre-paid vs. split.
- Build in downtime. Not every hour needs an activity. Some of the best memories happen during pool time or morning coffee conversations.
- Collect money upfront. Venmo the MOH before the trip for shared costs (house, activities, decorations). Splitting in real-time causes resentment.
- Have a plan B for weather. If your Saturday activity is outdoors, know the backup plan before someone has to scramble day-of.
