Sweet 16 & Quinceañera Timeline Template
Sweet 16s and Quinceañeras are production-level events — choreographed dances, outfit changes, ceremonies, and a full party. Without a timeline, the court doesn't know when to line up, the DJ plays the wrong song at the wrong moment, and the photographer misses the tiara ceremony.

Coordination Tips
- Give the DJ a copy of the timeline. They control the flow — they need to know exactly when each ceremony moment happens.
- Rehearse the dances. The court dance is the centerpiece. Schedule at least 2 rehearsals the week before.
- Plan for outfit changes. Many quinceañeras change from the ceremony dress to a party dress. Build 15-20 minutes for this.
- Share the timeline with all vendors by name. Caterer, DJ, photographer, videographer, venue coordinator — everyone gets the same document.
