Agency includes company-wide branding that applies to every export — so no matter who on your team creates a timeline, the output looks consistent and professional.

Company branding settings

From the Team section in your dashboard, owner and admin can set:

• Brand accent color — used for the timeline spine, headers, and accent elements
• Brand canvas color — the background color of your exported timelines
• Company logo — appears on every exported image and PDF

These settings are available to all team members automatically. When anyone exports a timeline, these brand elements are applied.

Exporting branded timelines

The export flow is the same as Pro — choose PNG or PDF, select a theme, and download. The difference is that your team's branding (logo, colors) is pre-configured. Team members don't need to upload the logo or pick colors each time.

Per-vendor share links

Just like Pro, you can generate vendor-specific share links that filter the timeline to show only that vendor's items. This is especially useful for teams where different members manage different vendors — the share link works regardless of who created it.

Branded PDFs

PDF exports include your company logo on the cover page, your brand colors throughout, and no EventRundown watermark. These are ready to send directly to clients.
