Billing & Administration
Only the team owner manages billing. Here's what you need to know about the administrative side of Agency.
Subscription management
The owner can access billing from the Subscription page in the dashboard. This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update payment methods, switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel.
Annual billing ($449/yr) saves 24% compared to monthly ($49/mo). You can switch at any time — Stripe prorates the difference.
When a member leaves
If a member leaves the team (or is removed), they lose access to all team data immediately. Any timelines, clients, or vendors they created while on the team remain with the team — they don't go with the departing member.
The departing member's account reverts to a free account. They can purchase their own subscription if they want to continue using premium features independently.
If you cancel
When the owner cancels the Agency subscription, all team members enter read-only mode at the end of the billing period. Everyone can still view and export existing data, but no one can create or edit timelines, clients, vendors, or tasks.
Data is not deleted. If you resubscribe, everything picks up where you left off.
Upgrading from Pro
If you're currently on Pro, upgrading to Agency is seamless. Go to the pricing page and select Agency. Stripe prorates your existing subscription, so you only pay the difference for the remainder of your billing period.
Your existing timelines, clients, and vendors carry over. Once your team is set up, you can invite members who'll see all of your existing data.
